The Coalition's, Membership Is Made Of Residents And Agency Representatives Coming Together To Reduce The Availability Of Alcohol And Other Drugs In The La Colonia Neighborhood And Revitalize The Neighborhood Using Enviromental Prevention Strategies To Improve The Quality Of Life For Residents Of The Colonia Neighborhood.
